Hooding and Commencement Day
Dr Alwyn Lim at his Hooding and Commencement Day 3 May 2013 at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Seen here in the photo are his parents Doris and Larry and Co-Chair of his Dissertation Committee, A Prof Kiyo.
Dr Lim graduated in 2012 but couldn't participate in the 2012 ceremony due to his work at the University of Southern California, hence taking part in the one for this year. His thesis won him the ProQuest Distinguished Dissertation Award - a are honour for a PhD graduate.
