The Singapore Ministry of Manpower has announced tightening the criteria for the PEP to take effect from December 2012. Among the new criteria announced include PEP applicants must earn at least S$144 000 per year and this non-renewable pass will be valid only for three years.
We will have to wait and see the impact this would have on the employemnt market. But one thing is for sure - foreign talents seeking employment opportunities in Singapore must produce a first-class, outstanding resume!
